Our Hearts & Minds programmes works on two levels giving you and your organisations the motivation and resources to have a long-term impact.
The Hearts element of the programme focuses staff on the importance of world-class customer service then the Minds section develops the importance of personal development.
Hearts & Minds is a 12-week programme, which commences with a launch event followed by the training of an internal delivery team. This team is then given the resources to carry out 12 weekly 15 – 30 minute training programmes. Hearts & Minds can culminate with a celebration event.
