Business Terms & Conditions

· These business terms and conditions are strictly in connection with the agreement between Michael Heppell Ltd and the purchaser of the ticket(s) for a place(s) on How to Be Brilliant.

· Michael Heppell Limited will deliver the agreed training provision.

· You agree to pay the total price (VAT inclusive) as advertised on our website. This will guarantee your place(s) on the How to Be Brilliant course at The Chesterfield Hotel, Mayfair in London.

· V.A.T is at the current rate and shown on the invoice you will be sent.

· Michael Heppell Ltd reserves the right to promote their workshops and support materials to the attendees of all training events.

· Michael Heppell Ltd reserves the right to amend the programme date and venue if necessary.

· Michael Heppell Ltd will provide all equipment and materials for the workshops.

· Lunch and refreshments will be provided. Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the delegate.

· All cancellations are non-refundable but places can be transferred. Please contact the Michael Heppell office for further details if this course of action is required.

· Our terms and conditions are confidential between Michael Heppell Ltd and the purchaser of the ticket(s).

· By purchasing your ticket(s) you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Note: All intellectual property rights in this proposal and subsequent delivery, which contains information of a proprietary nature, is vested in Michael Heppell Limited and its content may not be reproduced, either wholly or in part in any way whatsoever, nor may it be used by, or its content divulged to any other person whatsoever, without the prior written permission of Michael Heppell Limited.
